Henry Ellis was the second royal governors appointed by the king. He was quite popular and set up a self government. He was very reformed and enriched. He was very old and didn't have the best health and Georgia's climate wasn't helping so he soon got released.
James wright
Georgia's last royal colonist was James Wright. He was the most popular of all of the other royal governors. The population shot up and Savannah became a large city. He also made the land borders bigger.
